Meals may be available on request and are two courses - the menu varies daily but always with fresh vegetables.  Home preserves, local seafood fresh from the sea, jams and fresh local seasonal fruits and vegetables.

Why Worry? ...Just relax and enjoy a choice of studio unit accommodation (with ensuite) or our family room (sleeps 3, 1 queen bed and 1 single with seperate lounge).It also has a adjoining bunkroom with 3 sets of bunks and sofa bed which can sleep 8.With a medium to large family, our family room studio unit with adjoining bunk room can cope with larger group sizes.

If you opt to have your breakfast in your room you will receive a breakfast pack that contains: Single serve cereal/guest, milk, fruit and spreads, 2 slices bread/guest.

There is an outdoor barbeque area available for guest use (a $5 gas charge applies) and a guest spa. (Bookings for the spa are required) 

ROOM SERVICE & TOWELS: Your room will not be serviced daily unless requested. In an effort to help save our environment and water we ask you to consider reusing your towel and hang them to dry on the towel rail, this saves both water and reduces the amount of detergents that could make their way into our waterways. If you do require fresh towels or you would like your room serviced please let us know and place the towels you wish replaced in the shower tray.

SPA: Operating hours for the spa are from 10am – 9pm
Please book your time for the spa with Gail. As the spa is located outside a guest room please consider the other guests and keep noise levels to a minimum. To operate the spa press the top right-hand button twice, to operate the air jets, turn the 2 white discs on the top edge of the pool. Before leaving the spa area please remember to turn the air jets off and turn the spa off, replace the cover and ensure the gate is securely latched.

LAUNDRY: The guest laundry is located in the outdoor toilet block. The machine only uses cold wash and laundry powder sachets can be purchased for $2 please ask Gail for these.

SMOKERS: For the comfort of future guests smoking is not permitted within the rooms. Smokers are welcome to smoke anywhere on the grounds and an ashtray has been provided on your outdoor table.

RUBBISH: We do recycle and if you could place paper in the unlined rubbish bin and any other rubbish in the lined bin in your room. This is another way we can help our environment. Thank you.

To make a booking other than using the AA booking page, a minimum deposit of 50% for the total value of the booking will be required. This deposit can be paid by credit card or direct credit. You will recieve contact from us once we have processed this booking request and we will supply the final confirmed price along with deposit details.

Refund Policy

We do have a refund policy all refunds are are processed in house with management and with discussion with customers.  Any one overcharged  for whatever reason will be refunded immediately and any cancellations due a refund as per our cancelation policy below where customers have paid in advance the relevent refunds will be processed immediately also.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our business, cancellations affect us significantly and therefore we apply a strict cancellation policy, Cancellations are accepted in writing only. Cancellations made up to 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to, or upon arrival, 100% total fee.
